In your search to buy a pink laptop you always want to get the best price, right? So you’re probably out there looking for sales. It can get tedious I know, but it’s what you have to do if you want to get the best deal on a laptop. You can look at the big box stores, but many times they carry the generic black or grey laptops and not the fancy ones in any different colors. You can also check electronics retailers like Best Buy, but again they don’t always have more than the basic black, or if they do have it, it’s online only. I’ve noticed that they don’t always have the best prices either. They do have the Vaio in store, but the other models you have to order online. 1. There are places like Deal News that are basically news feeds of sales across the internet. They scour the internet looking for sales from everywhere then send it to your news reader. You also search their site, if you don’t get the deals immediately. You do have to move really fast on some of them though, because some sales only last a day.
2. You can go on the sites of the big box stores and electronics retailers, and sign up for their email alerts to see when things go on sale. You can also get their news feed to tell you when their sales are.
3. You can also use a Google alert. A Google alert basically searches the web for a keyword that you specify and then sends the results to you via email. It’s mainly meant to search blogs and news, but many vendors announce sales in this manner so you can sometimes find deals as they happen.
Looking on a place like Amazon is another place find pink laptops for sale. Amazon is also like a clearinghouse for deals. Not everything comes from Amazon per se, other companies also sell through the Amazon website. The benefit of this is that you can go to one place and find deals from different vendors. Another thing you can do is use some other kind of aggregator like Froogle or Google Product search. It will search the internet and tell you what’s for sale, what the prices are and what vendors you can find it at. It’s still in beta but it works pretty well.
